Workforce Strategist and Transformation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Strategist and Transformation Expert to join our team. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, contribute to Firmwide strategy, and set us apart in the market.

This role will play a key part in supporting partnerships with leadership teams and HR Business Partners to shape and execute strategic and operational workforce planning initiatives that align with our future workforce needs.

You will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of workforce planning processes within our organisation, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to ensure workforce strategies are in sync with business goals and objectives.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive workforce plans to drive business growth and transformation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities.
  • Analyse data to inform actionable workforce strategies and recommendations.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of employees.

We analyse both internal and external trends to prepare our employees for future change. We work with a broad spectrum of stakeholders on a daily basis – at National and BU levels, across Business & Enabling Areas, and Member Firms across the globe.

About You

You may have all or some of the following skills and experience:

  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in Workforce Strategy and / or Transformation or similar.
  • Proven track record of delivering timely outcomes that align with the teams' priorities.
  • Experience in leveraging data to analyse trends and inform actionable workforce strategies.
  • Strong understanding of external market trends, industry dynamics, and our unique context, using these insights to guide and shape workforce planning decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively support design workshops, and engage with key stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a focus on building relationships and fostering collaboration across teams.
