Job Title: Procurement Strategist

The role of a Procurement Strategist is pivotal in the efficient procurement and distribution of materials, ensuring seamless movement from suppliers to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and coordinate the procurement and movement of materials from suppliers.
  • Distribute materials to customers.
  • Work under general supervision.
  • Solve complex problems requiring detailed knowledge of the field and industry best practices.
  • Use experience and problem-solving skills to develop and improve processes.
Requirements
  • Current NV1 (or higher) security clearance.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Law or Supply Chain, or MCIPS or equivalent work experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience.
  • Proficient user of MS Office products, particularly Excel, SharePoint, Outlook and Word.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritise multiple tasks.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach to work.
