About the Role:
- Oversight of site operations to ensure alignment with project goals, standards, and protocols.
- Ensure trades work cooperatively and safely, meeting contractual requirements.
- Implement and follow Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality processes, fostering a culture of safety on site.
- Utilize Hammertech to report on site operations and conduct regular reviews.
- Mentor junior team members and manage risks effectively.
Requirements:
- Passion for the construction industry with experience as a Site Supervisor in Tier 1 or Tier 2 environments.
- Understanding of best practice construction methodologies, with a track record of safe, high-quality project delivery.
- Experience across various project types, including commercial, residential, and education, with a focus on new builds and fitouts.
- Ability to supervise teams, subcontractors, and consultants, collaborate effectively, and manage multiple priorities.

- Diploma or Cert IV in Occupational Health and Safety, and knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
