Main Responsibilities:
  • Driving exceptional customer service across the village
  • Establishing a vibrant and welcoming ambiance and community
  • Identifying and implementing training and professional development initiatives
  • Providing clear, supportive direction to the residents and Team
  • Delivering performance and lifestyle solutions for our residents
  • Maintaining a high level of commitment to residents and the community
  • Implementing day-to-day operational plans and maintenance programs
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and other relevant regulations
  • Being an approachable point of contact for staff, residents and their families
About You:
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Proven experience in asset management
  • A proactive mindset with a commitment to resident wellbeing
  • Operational management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online applications
  • Resilient and a problem-solver
  • Customer-centric
  • A people person with a love for working with seniors
  • Compassionate with a deep understanding of independent living seniors

The successful candidate will have or be willing to complete First Aid, CPR Certificates and driver's license with own transport.
