This is a newly established role offering the chance to build something truly special from the ground up.
Main Responsibilities:- Driving exceptional customer service across the village
- Establishing a vibrant and welcoming ambiance and community
- Identifying and implementing training and professional development initiatives
- Providing clear, supportive direction to the residents and Team
- Delivering performance and lifestyle solutions for our residents
- Maintaining a high level of commitment to residents and the community
- Implementing day-to-day operational plans and maintenance programs
- Ensuring compliance with safety and other relevant regulations
- Being an approachable point of contact for staff, residents and their families
- Excellent people management skills
- Strong financial acumen
- Proven experience in asset management
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to resident wellbeing
- Operational management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online applications
- Resilient and a problem-solver
- Customer-centric
- A people person with a love for working with seniors
- Compassionate with a deep understanding of independent living seniors
The successful candidate will have or be willing to complete First Aid, CPR Certificates and driver's license with own transport.
