Key Role Overview

As a National Transaction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the efficient delivery of property management across our national portfolio. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all activities and deliverables meet contractual and performance obligations.

Reporting directly to the Leadership Team, you will have ultimate accountability for your remit and will work closely with key stakeholders to deliver high client satisfaction. You will also mentor and develop a team of remotely dispersed Transaction Managers & Assistant Transaction Managers.

The successful candidate will possess highly developed property transactions/technical leasing experience, holding a current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration. A superior track record in managing a high-volume workload is essential, as is a true passion for property and real estate.

Leadership skills are highly sought after, as you will grow and build your team, actively encouraging an environment that supports performance excellence and personal success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage leasing activities, including quality control relating to renewals, negotiations, new site negotiations, site terminations, market rent reviews, incomplete tenures, and statutory obligations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Mentor and develop a team of Transaction Managers & Assistant Transaction Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration.
  • Highly developed property transactions/technical leasing experience.
  • Superior track record in managing a high-volume workload.
  • True passion for property and real estate.
  • Leadership skills, with a proven ability to grow and build a team.
