
Property Law Specialist Opportunity

LexisNexis is seeking a qualified Property Lawyer to join their Practical Guidance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of property law transactions and advice, including sales and acquisitions, e-conveyancing, property development, commercial and retail leasing, and general property law.
This full-time permanent role is based in Australia, preferably within one of these locations (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth) but with the opportunity to work flexibly and/or remotely. Reporting to the Content Manager, this position involves preparing and maintaining up-to-date content for LexisNexis's popular Practical Guidance product.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain practically-focused content and resources for our client-facing platform.
Monitor legal developments and changes in current practice to ensure the accuracy of our content.
Support the Senior Legal Writer with managing external author relationships and reviewing externally prepared content.
Provide support to Relationship Managers to help build brand awareness and influence market share across clients and stakeholders.
Participate in or contribute to marketing activities such as masterclasses, webinars, customer feedback sessions.
3+ years PQE experience.
Australian qualified lawyer with recent experience in an Australian mid to top tier law firm, in-house counsel or Government role.
A background in transactional and advisory work in property law, including sales and acquisitions, e-conveyancing, property development, commercial and retail leasing, and general property law.
Excellent communication and plain-English writing skills.
