A federal government agency seeks a strategic property specialist to provide leadership and operational support.

  • Provide technical guidance and oversight across the property division, including facilities, commercial property, capital expenditure projects, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Oversight the delivery of property and services functions at an operational and strategic level, ensuring effective management and governance.
  • Manage complex maintenance issues, service requests, enquiries, and complaints in accordance with policy and legislative guidelines.
  • Identify and assist with governance matters, including monitoring, reporting, finances, procurement, and contract management.
  • Oversight staff undertaking transactional lease administration activities, including bill payment, purchase order creation, and invoice certification on a national basis.
