Compliance Professional, Risk and Governance

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Professional to strengthen our first line of defence.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory risk management and experience designing and implementing compliance controls.
  • They will be responsible for embedding effective compliance controls across business units, translating regulatory requirements into practical solutions, and upholding the control environment.
  • Additionally, they will contribute to risk-in-change assessments, drive remediation and monitoring activities, and promote a proactive compliance culture.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Able to simplify complex regulatory requirements and provide compliance advice.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating regulatory risks.
