The role of Payroll Specialist involves managing the entire payroll process, from coordination and management to ensuring timely and appropriate processing. This includes checking and auditing all payroll to ensure legislative and award compliance.
The successful candidate will have expertise in managing HR3 payroll systems and experience with SAP, particularly with migrations. They will also be responsible for internal reporting, such as annual leave, personal leave, and long service leave.
- Coordinate and manage the entire end-to-end weekly and fortnightly group payroll function
- Check and audit all payroll to ensure legislative and award compliance
- Manage HR3 payroll system and SAP experience is highly beneficial
- Ensure timely and appropriate processing of long service leave, bonuses, and other entitlements
- Payment and reconciliation of bonus payments
- Liaise with management and staff regarding pay enquiries
- Reconciliation of STP data
- Liaise with HR staff regarding new starters, terminations, and other relevant matters
- Knowledge of year-end processes
- Expertise in payroll management, including coordination and management
- Experience with HR3 payroll systems and SAP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
