Payroll Administrator

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our finance team on an ongoing part-time basis. As the key person ensuring the team is paid accurately and on time, you will be responsible for managing the full end-to-end payroll cycle for more than 100 employees.

You will import approved HR timesheets into the payroll system for the weekly pay cycle, process higher duties, entitlements, and other payments, complete all necessary payroll reporting, and handle payroll administration tasks with a high degree of accuracy and integrity.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Award interpretation and payroll compliance, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and manage their workload efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an end-to-end payroll role, including both processing and administration.
  • A strong understanding of Award interpretation and payroll compliance.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
