Uspitt&sherry is an Australian-owned engineering and environmental consultancy.

We deliver engineering and environmental consulting, advisory, and project management services throughout Australia.

This role can be based in Hobart or Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in the delivery of development and infrastructure projects from feasibility through to construction and handover.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation including scopes, schedules, budgets, risk registers, procurement plans, and tender submissions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, councils, government authorities, consultants, and contractors.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs to ensure integrated and timely project outcomes.
  • Manage project financial performance including forecasting, resource planning, reporting, and commercial risk.
  • Participate in business development initiatives.
  • Lead and deliver multidisciplinary development and infrastructure projects within Tasmania and other states.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong project management capability in engineering, construction, or property development with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Able to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve competing priorities diplomatically and professionally.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical information effectively.
  • Understanding of local development approval processes and infrastructure planning in Tasmania (or other states) is desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and client presentations.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments with competing deadlines.
