The ideal candidate will lead strategic design and delivery of capital works programs, ensuring innovative, sustainable, and community-focused infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the strategic direction to support sustainable outcomes aligned with community aspirations.
  • Provide informed advice that supports integrated decision-making across the organisation.
  • Align work with strategic plans and budgets, delivering on key objectives.
  • Apply knowledge of the political, social, legal, and organisational context to all initiatives.
  • Offer high-level advice to stakeholders to enhance project design and organisational impact.
  • Build relationships to advocate for the community and represent the organisation with key stakeholders.
  • Identify strategic risks and opportunities that may affect the organisation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Registered building practitioner and/or Chartered Engineer with capability of signing off designs.
  • Current driver's licence.
