Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of electrical engineers to ensure safe execution of planned activities on a daily basis.
- Carry out inspections and audits as per minimum required KPI's.
- Plan forecast weeks activities for assigned team members.
- Assist in interactions with water corporation operations and other contractors.
- Mentor leading hands toward furthering their leadership skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience performing in a similar role in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication, people management, and leadership skills.
- Professional presentation and ability to represent the project at a high standard when interfacing with stakeholders.
- Ability to delegate and take responsibility to ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and maximizes project and individuals' effectiveness.
