Job Opportunity

We're seeking a dedicated full-time entry-level officer to provide valuable support to both trainers and students.

In this role, you'll be a key part of the METS team, helping to coordinate training programs and ensure smooth, efficient administration across a range of qualifications and courses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and maintain learner data in a learning management system.
  • Process and manage enrolments and pre-course requirements.
  • Respond to enquiries via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Prepare transcripts and certificates, and work with Quality Assurance to finalise records.
  • Update and maintain learner information on the learning management platform.
Requirements:
  • Hold an NDIS Worker Check and Working With Children Check.
  • Be confident in Microsoft 365 skills and have strong written, verbal, and computer skills.
  • This is a full-time role based at our head office.
