Job Description

The Learning Coordinator is a crucial role in our organization, responsible for deploying and executing learning & training plans. This position supports operational execution and improves metrics by standardizing process execution.

This individual will develop, assess, track, and facilitate training programs for new and current employees, collaborating closely with stakeholders to prepare and coordinate training events based on site/regional needs.

They will build trust with peers across the organization, working on regional learning projects, and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for onboarding, coordinating all training needs.

Additionally, this person will facilitate certified job and compliance training, including audits, badge creation, data entry, and retraining.

Travel between local sites is required to provide maximum coverage in the region.

Maintaining, preparing, and distributing data on key metrics for their delivery station/region is also an essential part of this role.

Adherence to standard work and quality is monitored, coaching associates accordingly.

Ensuring area readiness and organization for all Learning Experience areas is critical, as well as escalating barriers to the Learning Manager or appropriate escalation point.

Collaboration and support for the wider Delivery Services Learning Team are also expected.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience in warehouse operations, demonstrated experience in planning, performance metrics, and process improvement, proficiency in learning management systems, maintaining training documentation, and compliance records, and ability to travel between sites as required.

A flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays, is necessary for this role.
