Job Title: Learning Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, assess, track and facilitate training programs for new and current employees.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and relevant team members to prepare and coordinate training events.
  • Build trust with colleagues across the Delivery Services team and collaborate on regional learning projects.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for onboarding; coordinating all training needs.
  • Facilitate job certification and compliance training including ongoing audits, badge creation and data entry.
  • Travel between local sites to provide maximum coverage in the region.
  • Maintain, prepare and distribute data on key metrics for their delivery station/region.
  • Monitor adherence to standard work and quality, coaching associates accordingly.
  • Ensure area readiness and organization for all Learning Experience areas to support onsite training activities.
  • Escalate any barriers to the Learning Manager or appropriate escalation point.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in warehouse operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, performance metrics and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems and maintaining training documentation.
  • Ability to travel between Delivery Services sites as required.
  • Flexible working schedule.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in operational training within logistics or service industries.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and facilitating training programs.
  • Experience in data analysis.
