Job Title: Training Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to join our team in Sydney.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all employees are fully compliant, engaged, and informed through each aspect of our training requirements.

  • Provide daily support to the business unit across all training needs.
  • Action end-to-end tasks related to the Employee's training life cycle, including Induction Training, New Starter check-ins, Refresher Course Training, Upkeep of Qualifications, and management of Labour Hire Agency employee compliance.
  • Manage Training calendars, office room bookings, arrange equipment, and coordinate Trainer availability.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Send out training invitations, reminders, and updates to participants.
  • Communicate with trainers and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with the coordination of national and in-house training.
  • Deliver and facilitate training, including First Day Inductions.
  • Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and other relevant data.
  • Prepare and distribute training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
  • Collect training program feedback and support continuous improvement processes.
  • Identify training needs through surveys, interviews, or assessments, and contribute to the design and development of training programs.

What do you need to be successful in this role:

  • Availability from Monday to Friday for a 38-hour week.
  • Previous experience in coordinating, preparing, and delivering training.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a Training role.
  • Experience in managing a diverse group of stakeholders and suppliers in a high-volume, high-value environment.
  • Confidence to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competent in accurate documentation and records management.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent writing, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Success in business partnering, working professionally across teams.
  • Ability to prioritise projects and work to deadlines.
