The Royal Australasian College of Physicians is seeking an experienced Program Administration Officer to provide high-level administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Advanced Training Unit and committees
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently, including trainee applications and assessments
  • Develop and maintain electronic and hardcopy records
  • Coordinate the despatching of information packages
  • Organize accreditation processes for Advanced Training sites
  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest process enhancements
  • Perform general office duties, including photocopying, filing, and faxing
  • Distribute and dispatch mail on a roster basis

The successful candidate will possess effective communication skills, attention to detail, a commitment to professional client service, ability to prioritize and manage deadlines, ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, recognition of confidentiality requirements, flexibility, and initiative. Relevant administrative experience and proficiency in MS Office are essential.
