Role Summary:

We are seeking a qualified professional to provide high-quality superannuation and insurance advice to our members and their families. This critical role requires the ability to develop deep commercial relationships with key stakeholders, including employers and industry bodies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide Expert Advice: Offer expert financial advice to members on their superannuation and insurance needs.
  • Commercial Relationship Building: Develop commercial relationships with key stakeholders to grow our business and deliver effective workplace strategies.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current with legislation, industry changes, new strategies, and product enhancements through regular training and professional development.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Financial Planning Qualifications: Must meet all FASEA requirements.
  • Professional Year Completion: Completed professional year in financial planning.
  • CPD Maintenance: Maintained continuing professional development in accordance with qualification.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Currently registered on the ASIC Adviser Register.
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service with a focus on understanding customer needs and delivering outstanding outcomes.
