Job Description

As a Retail Promotions Manager, you will be responsible for leading high-performing teams and delivering impactful promotions to drive success for independent retailers.

You will manage a team responsible for constructing, coordinating, and communicating promotional programs across retail banners. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to build compelling retail offers, ensuring timely execution and strong commercial outcomes.

This role requires a strong process or project management experience, ideally within FMCG or retail. Prior experience managing a team and developing others is also essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of promotions coordinators
  • Partner with category managers and suppliers
  • Manage the planning and execution of alternate brand promotions
  • Collaborate with state operations and internal stakeholders
  • Deliver promotional timelines in alignment with business schedules
  • Work cross-functionally with merchandise, marketing, and operations teams
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong process or project management experience
  • Prior experience managing a team and developing others
  • Confident communication skills and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working in retail, liquor, or similar fast-paced commercial environments
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
