Retail Promotions Lead

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading and developing a promotions strategy that drives business growth across IBA retail brands.

The ideal candidate will possess strong process or project management experience, preferably within FMCG or retail, and have a passion for developing others. You'll collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution and strong commercial outcomes.

About the Opportunity:

  • You'll lead a team of professionals responsible for delivering promotional programs across IBA retail brands.
  • You'll partner with Category Managers and suppliers to ensure accurate submission of promotional data and materials.
  • You'll manage the planning and execution of Alternate Brand promotions, ensuring value delivery to our members.
  • You'll collaborate with State Operations and internal stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent communication of promotional activities to the retail network.
  • You'll deliver promotional timelines in alignment with business schedules, ensuring execution is on time and in full.

Requirements:

  • Strong process or project management experience, ideally within FMCG or retail.
  • Prior experience managing a team and passion for developing others.
  • Confident communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working in retail, liquor, or similar fast-paced commercial environments.
