About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Service Officer to join our team at Tal Services Limited. As a Claims Service Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting our Case Managers in the administration of claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform claims administrative tasks, including receiving initial notifications, checking policy status, and recording information on our system.
  • Participate in the development of improved procedures for the administration of claims.
  • Acknowledge receipt of claims, make up claim files, and attach relevant documentation.
  • Arrange periodical benefit payments and payment of service provider accounts.
  • Process claim payments following instruction from the Case Manager.
  • Coordinate Surveillance, Rehabilitation, and Independent Medical Examination referrals.

About You:

  • You will have previous experience in a similar role within the Financial Services/Insurance Industry.
  • You will possess exceptional customer service skills and be able to ensure agreed service standards are met.
  • You will have demonstrated ability to work both in a team and autonomously.
  • You will have excellent analytical skills and methodologies, with a high attention to detail.
  • You will have good relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • You will have accurate data input and sound knowledge of MS Office suite.
