About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Property Claims Specialist to join our expanding team. If you have at least 1 year of experience handling commercial or residential property claims and are looking for an opportunity to advance your career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment, we want to hear from you
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and process commercial property claims from inception to resolution, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Conduct thorough investigations into claim incidents, including gathering and analysing evidence, interviewing relevant parties, and assessing damages.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including the brokers, adjusters, and legal representatives, to facilitate the efficient resolution of claims.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing broker inquiries, offering guidance, and maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the claims process.Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of our claims handling procedures.
What the role requiresMinimum of 1 year experience in commercial or residential property claims.Strong understanding of property insurance policies, claims processes, and industry regulations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
