Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Claims Specialist to join our Hearing Services team. As a Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for handling claims, reviewing client files, and promoting best practices within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be part of a new team that radiates a culture of excellence
- Review and submit claims to the relevant authorities
- Review client files to promote best practices within the team
- Answer general queries related to Hearing Services
- Provide support and training to team members as needed
- Learn and efficiently use a range of software and applications
- Perform general reception duties and provide administrative support as needed
- Follow best practice customer experience procedures and guidelines
- Provide assistance and advice to customers
- Be organized, productive, and consistent in meeting activity, quality, and conversion
Requirements:
