MAYDAY Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Claims Specialist to join our team in a leading provider of insurance solutions. As a Claims Specialist, you will play a key role in handling claims effectively, ensuring efficient and accurate processing, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 300-350 motor claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Conduct thorough investigations and assessments of claims, determining coverage and liability
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth claims process
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with policyholders and stakeholders
- Participate in negotiations with policyholders and relevant parties to reach fair settlements
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to company policies and guidelines
- Stay updated with insurance laws, regulations, and industry best practices
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an insurance or claims related role is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
