About the Job

Our company is seeking an experienced product leader to spearhead our business payments strategy in Australasia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing market-leading products, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Develop and execute product strategies, focusing on innovation and customer needs.
  • Align opportunities with business goals, ensuring seamless execution and prioritization.
  • Lead planning, budgeting, and governance for product development, fostering collaboration and synergy between teams.
  • Establish execution strategies, identify critical success factors, and develop resource allocation plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Drive research, empathy interviews, ideation, prototyping, testing, and deployment of MVPs and final solutions.
  • Product Management: Oversee end-to-end product life cycles, leveraging KPIs to drive performance and efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate product roadmaps to internal stakeholders and key customers, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 4-6 years' experience in digital product leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing product strategies and delivery frameworks.
  • Excellent consultancy skills, including problem-solving, analytical, and strategy planning skills.
  • Proven product management skills focused on enablement, coaching, empathy, motivation, self-awareness, and authenticity.
