We're looking for a Delivery Facilitator to help our team drive business outcomes through continuous delivery of payment solutions.

About the Role

This role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching on Scrum/Agile principles, and working closely with external partners. You'll need exceptional stakeholder and vendor management skills, as well as experience building and implementing stakeholder management strategies.

Our ideal candidate has experience with payment gateways, vendor and partner management, and can effectively manage relationships within and outside the organization. They should also be able to make decisions in complex situations and understand when escalation and syndication is needed.

The successful candidate will lead delivery backlog and cross-team delivery, coach squads through the delivery pipeline, and facilitate planning and execution of iterations. They'll also act as a liaison between squads and other teams or departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
