Product Strategy and Delivery Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a Product Strategy and Delivery Lead to join our team and lead the product strategy and delivery of HICAPS, a health claims and payments solution for healthcare providers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial performance of HICAPS Product, managing the flow of work across Product teams, HICAPS squads and other squads to ensure full coverage of distinct work elements.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth project management/delivery experience, preferably with banking and financial services experience, and proven experience in the healthcare sector with a strong understanding of healthcare payments and interdependencies across the sector.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product strategy and delivery of HICAPS
  • Manage the financial performance of HICAPS Product
  • Ensure the flow of work across Product teams, HICAPS squads and other squads
  • Be a key relationship interface into HICAPS key external providers - Private Health Insurers, State Government insurance schemes, and other key partnership

About You:

  • You will bring in-depth project management/delivery experience, preferably with banking and financial services experience
  • You have proven experience in the healthcare sector with a strong understanding of healthcare payments and interdependencies across the sector would be advantageous
  • You operate effectively and deliver consistent results in a large, complex organisation
  • You have a strong understanding of digital technologies, analytics and business process-based solutions
  • You demonstrate strong experience and knowledge in an operational environment with experience in payments, business banking, and acquiring business units
  • You lead a high performing, engaged and diverse team
  • You have proven project management experience and ability to collaborate with others to deliver long-term strategy and technology roadmaps
