Workforce Transformation Expert

Fynd is teaming up with an EdTech scale-up to revolutionize workforce strategy in K-12 education. We're seeking a Workforce Strategy Consultant to join our advisory team and help school leaders tackle workforce challenges with data-driven insights.

Your Role

  • Lead client projects – workforce strategy, organization design, accountability frameworks, job design, and innovation.
  • Apply HR expertise to transform K-12 schools.
  • Support the CXO with uncovering long-term opportunities to embed our platform and elevate HR practices in schools.
  • Level up professional learning and psychometric tools to drive adoption and create impact.
  • Identify upsell, expansion, and retention opportunities; collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product.
  • Represent the voice of the customer; ensure insights shape new products, processes, and offerings.
  • Engage at forums and events; represent our organization with energy and credibility.
