Job Title: Workforce Strategist
Job Description:The Workforce Strategist plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's workforce strategy, driving business success through people capability.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead Strategic Workforce Initiatives: Design and deliver strategic workforce initiatives to enhance capability, aligning with the organization's vision and objectives.
- Develop Evidence-Based Strategies: Develop and implement evidence-based strategies and plans that drive business outcomes, leveraging emerging digital technologies.
- Provide Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the People Capability Command, ensuring effective governance, risk management, assurance, compliance, and performance across each functional area.
- Review and Redesign Systems: Review and redesign systems and processes to improve people management practices and operational effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Shape Employee Value Proposition: Shape and embed an engaging employee value proposition to attract, engage, and retain top talent, aligned with the organization's vision and values.
- Ensure Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and identify people-related risks, providing expert advice on mitigating these risks.
- Deliver Transformational Change: Deliver transformational change programs, including digital transformation and HRIS implementation, to reshape services and ensure effective change management.
- Oversee Talent Acquisition: Oversee talent acquisition, implementing innovative recruitment strategies and solutions to meet business needs.
- Provide Expert Advice: Provide expert advice on strategic workforce and employee relations matters to senior leaders, ensuring informed decision-making.
- Protect Reputation: Protect the organization's reputation through proactive risk management, leadership, and transparent decision-making.
- Establish Strategic Partnerships: Establish strategic partnerships and networks with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and driving business outcomes.
