Role Overview

This role sits in the Advisory team, trusted by stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights and inform strategic decision-making.

Main Responsibilities
  • Own client projects focused on workforce strategy and organisational design.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and HR system adoption.
  • Design and implement professional learning programs to drive adoption and create impact.
  • Identify business growth opportunities; collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Represent the voice of the customer; ensure customer insights shape new products, processes, and offerings.
