Workforce Strategist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workforce strategy and experience working with schools.

The role involves providing strategic advice to schools on how to improve their workforces, developing solutions to complex workforce challenges and implementing sustainable workforce strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning client projects, supporting the CXO with uncovering opportunities to embed our platform and elevate HR practices, and representing the voice of the customer to ensure insights shape new products and offerings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing workforce strategies that drive meaningful change and transformation
  • Providing expert advice on workforce development and organization design
  • Supporting the CXO with identifying opportunities to improve HR practices and embed our platform
  • Representing the voice of the customer to ensure insights inform product development and offerings

Requirements:

  • Strong background in workforce strategy and experience working with schools
  • Ability to develop and implement sustainable workforce strategies
  • Expertise in workforce development and organization design
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
