Job Description

We are seeking a Workforce Planning Strategist to join our team. As a key member of the People and Culture team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing workforce planning strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage the full function of store staffing optimization, from forecasting to scheduling.
  • Ensure adherence to employment standards and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and escalate potential deviations.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to influence and implement processes.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience using time-keeping systems, preferably Kronos.
