We are seeking a skilled Residential Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

The Residential Manager will be responsible for ensuring that care provided is customer-focused and tailored to individual needs. This includes ensuring that residents receive moments of joy in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Compliance: Ensure that all aspects of the role comply with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Team Management: Foster positive relationships with residents, their representatives, and staff members. Seek and act on feedback to ensure a high-quality service.
  • Leadership: Lead, manage, and develop a motivated team that is kind, compassionate, and dedicated to delivering excellent care.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a qualification in business, leadership, or clinical fields, including current AHPRA registration (if applicable). They should also have working knowledge of the Quality Aged Care Standards.
