
Nurse Care Specialist

As a Registered Nurse, you will work in close collaboration with healthcare professionals to assess residents' needs and provide high standards of care.
- You will develop tailored care plans for residents, addressing their unique requirements and preferences.

- You will stay current with aged care documentation requirements, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
- You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for residents, including wound management, diabetes care, and medication systems.
- You will mentor and support care and service staff, enhancing their performance and skills.
- You will identify and address training needs for clinical and care staff, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and expertise.
- You must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- You must have experience in delivering clinical care within aged care or healthcare settings.
- You must possess strong planning, coordination, and mentoring skills.
- You must be able to guide staff in wound management, diabetes care, and medication systems.
- You must have excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
