About The Role
As a dedicated healthcare professional, you will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to assess residents' requirements, develop tailored care plans, and uphold the highest standards of care delivery.
You will also provide guidance and support to care staff, guaranteeing adherence to AN-ACC assessments and promoting exceptional care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive care strategies tailored to individual resident needs
- Cultivate open communication channels with families and carers in collaboration with the Residential Manager to address concerns and requests
- Remain abreast of current documentation requirements within the aged care sector
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care solutions for residents
- Provide mentorship and support to care and service staff, enhancing their performance and skill set
- Identify and address training needs for clinical and care staff
- Ensure strict adherence to aged care standards and regulations
Key Requirements
- Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
- Experience delivering clinical care within aged care or healthcare settings
- Strong planning, coordination, and mentoring skills
- Ability to guide staff in wound management, diabetes care, and medication systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
