The Role

This role involves leading a team at one of our well-established facilities. Your key responsibilities will be:

  • To ensure that care is customer-focused, tailored to individual needs, and provides moments of joy.
  • Maintaining compliance with quality standards.
  • Fostering positive relationships with residents and their representatives, seeking and acting on feedback.
  • Leading, managing, and developing a motivated team.
  • Collaborating with corporate services to manage budgets.
  • Ensuring costs are managed within budget.
  • Identifying necessary changes and managing transitions.
  • Participating in risk assessment and safety programs.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A qualification in business, leadership, or clinical fields, including current registration (if applicable).
  • Working knowledge of quality standards.
  • Leadership and people management skills with the ability to facilitate change.
  • Experience in business plan development, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Proficiency in information systems for reporting and decision-making.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Sound communication and problem-solving skills.
  • To satisfactorily pass relevant checks.
