A senior talent acquisition specialist is sought to build successful partnerships with hiring managers across an organization.

About the Role

This position involves providing practical recommendations, solutions, coaching, and advice to hiring managers in relation to the recruitment strategy and selection process. Key duties include:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring compliance with organizational procedures and policies.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand their strategic business plans, objectives, and operations.
  • Conducting proactive sourcing activities to identify top talent.
  • Accurately and timely preparing employment contracts for new starters.
Requirements
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Qualifications in Business, Human Resource Management, or equivalent experience are necessary.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the employment market and talent attraction strategies are essential.
  • Generalist HR skills with the proven ability to interpret and understand various employment conditions are required.
  • Proficiency in e-Recruitment/Applicant Tracking systems is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proficient negotiation and conflict resolution skills are necessary.
  • A working knowledge of workforce planning and talent management fundamentals is essential.
  • Detailed knowledge of and advanced skills in using various selection tools (including psychometric testing, video interviewing, online screening) are required.
