Strategic Talent Sourcing Specialist

This role involves working with a high-performing team to provide expert guidance and mentorship to other team members while overseeing talent acquisition processes, playing a key role in assessment and hiring decisions, and ensuring quality of hire and service across your portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in strategic talent sourcing, ideally at a mid-to-senior level, with in-depth knowledge of full-lifecycle talent acquisition best practices.

They must be an Australian Citizen with a current AGSVA clearance or the ability to obtain one. Australian Defence Industry experience is highly desirable, as well as internal talent acquisition experience and experience working for a global organisation with involvement across the Asia Pacific region.
