**Your New Career**:
Stepping into the **Talent Acquisition Specialist** position is akin to spearheading an impactful mission in the recruitment space. Your role will focus on carrying out recruitment duties for our clients, working hand-in-hand with our in-house team of Recruitment Marketers and Sales & Account Executives.

Reporting to the Team Lead, it's paramount to ensure our talent acquisition strategies are both effective and precise, tailored to meet the unique needs of our diverse clientele.

Working alongside our dynamic team at our global headquarters, centrally located in **Milton, Brisbane**, your responsibilities will typically include, but are not limited to:

- **Internal Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the internal team to ensure consistent communication, align on strategies, and facilitate seamless execution of projects.
- **Sales Support**: Engage in sales conversations, equipped with customised solutions for prospects readily available.
