**Lead Engineer Role:**

  • Develop architecture and set code quality and delivery standards
  • Collaborate with technical stakeholders on new services and features
  • Mentor and develop engineers, helping scale the team as the platform grows
  • Contribute directly to core Go microservices

**Senior Engineer Role:**

  • Own backend feature delivery end-to-end
  • Collaborate within a strong engineering team
  • Contribute ideas that influence architectural choices

**Responsibilities:

  • Designing and building brand new Go microservices for a multi-tenant SaaS platform
  • Implementing APIs (REST/GraphQL) to expose core business functionality
  • Optimizing for performance, reliability, and scalability from day one
  • Bringing fresh ideas, suggesting improvements, and shaping the stack

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years' commercial Go experience minimum
  • Strong backend engineering and system design skills
  • Proven ability to own complex features from concept to deployment
  • Leadership experience for Lead role (mentoring, guiding projects or teams)
  • Experience in microservices/Kubernetes/cloud environments
  • Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative culture

**Nice to have:**

  • Exposure to React or TypeScript
  • Knowledge of Temporal, GraphQL, or event-driven systems
