Platform Specialist Role

\helpers our platform thrives, we need a skilled Platform Specialist to serve as a subject matter expert. In close collaboration with larger customers, you will translate their business requirements into our platform capabilities.\
  • Translate customer needs into our platform features and services.
  • Own technical solutions with customers and support them throughout the delivery process.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of system architecture and database technologies.
  • Design solutions minimizing core platform coding changes.
  • Work closely with the Product team to implement feature enhancements and improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date on product changes and future roadmaps.
  • Identify opportunities for additional revenue from existing customer engagements.
  • Participate in workshops for larger customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Build strong relationships with key team members to represent ANZ customers' interests.
  • Support pre-sales efforts and prepare sales presentations and proposals.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills to analyze customer requirements and map them to our platform capabilities.
  • Excellent technical and functional understanding of software platforms and APIs.
  • Deep knowledge of database and system components.
  • Superb specification and technical writing skills, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Proven experience delivering complex software solutions to large retail customers.
  • Awareness of security considerations underlying our platform.
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Desirable: Understanding of retail and/or hospitality technology space.
