Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to design and implement a cloud-based Knowledge Management platform. This innovative role will involve collaborating with stakeholders across various levels to create a single source of truth for front-line and operational teams.

About the Role

This newly-created position requires expertise in architecture design, knowledge management technology, and information design principles. The successful candidate will work closely with Subject Matter Experts to develop clear and concise content that meets legislative, regulatory, and business requirements.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing the Knowledge Management solution in accordance with best practices
  • Collaborating with experts to create accurate and up-to-date knowledge content
  • Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and business standards
  • Engaging with stakeholders to increase understanding and adoption of the platform
  • Managing content requests and ensuring purposeful and accurate delivery
Experience and Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

  • Previous experience in implementing a Knowledge Management platform, combined with a deep understanding of related technologies
