
**Client Relationship Development Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients and developing online affiliate marketing strategies.
- Develop client relationships and position our company as a key business partner
- Manage new and existing client relationships
- Champion the development and implementation of online affiliate marketing strategies
You will work closely with senior leaders to design and manage new affiliate program opportunities. You will also be responsible for identifying and onboarding clients to our lead affiliate marketing program.
As a Partnerships Account Manager, your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients and delivering results-driven affiliate marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**- Identify and onboard clients to our lead affiliate marketing program
- Play a fundamental role in the growth of our clients through affiliate marketing strategies and key partnership networks
- Maintain communication between clients and publishers/networks to recommend new opportunities
- Coordinate with various teams within the company to address affiliate needs, proactively review and identify growth opportunities
- Negotiate and manage partnership and affiliate contracts and commission structures
- Develop strategies to improve the affiliate program offering within our company
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients through regular reporting and meetings on how to optimize and grow the affiliate program
- Work closely with partner networks on proposing new publisher opportunities for clients
- Establish revenue growth goals and budgets for clients, based on partnership opportunities
- Be an ambassador for our company values and culture
- 2+ years of relevant experience; proven experience in affiliate marketing or account management required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- Understanding and experience with large affiliate platforms, affiliate tracking models, tools, and platforms such as Commission Junction, Impact, Rakuten, etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in one-on-one settings or in groups or teams
- An advanced ability to independently plan, strategize, and mobilize to achieve a project
- A confident and considered approach to problem-solving and project management
