**Facilities Program Champion (Capital Works)**

We have an urgent requirement for a Facilities Program Coordinator, based** in North Ryde** **The hours of work are full-time. As the Facilities Program Champion, you will support the operational management of New Horizons network of facilities and assets across all regions, from maintenance to capital works projects that ensure facilities are managed to maximize the benefit for its people and customers.

**What is Expected of You**
- Day-to-day management and implementation of capital works for Facilities projects, including the operational management of all relevant contractors.
- Manage and implement work packages for capital works projects.
- Conduct forecasting for the New Horizons' facilities (capital works and other) and report against the forecasts
- Support the implementation of New Horizons facilities management whole-of-life strategies and monitor and report on performance to help optimise the value of the facilities and building portfolio
- Support the implementation New Horizons' asset lifecycle strategies, from acquisition to disposal to ensure all future resource requirements are met in line with corporate policies and environmental and safety standards and legislative requirements.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in facilities and/or property management/services
- Proven Infrastructure experience, preferably within a health/ disability sector environment
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to build a culture of accountability and performance
- Expertise in the use of contemporary property management systems
