We are seeking a
WHS Coordinator
to join our team and play a key role in driving health, safety, environment, and quality outcomes across our operations.

About the role

As WHS Coordinator, you will:

  • Support project teams through pre-start, delivery, and closeout phases.
  • Provide guidance on managing high-risk construction work (HRCW) and SWMS.
  • Lead incident investigations, audits, and inspections.
  • Champion a proactive safety culture and deliver engaging training and inductions.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, rail safety, and heavy vehicle legislation.
  • Collaborate with clients, regulators, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure safe, compliant, and successful project delivery.

What We're Looking For

We want someone who is:

  • Experienced with a
    minimum of 5 years' WHS experience
    in construction, civil and rail industries.
  • Passionate about building a strong safety culture.
  • Confident in stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Skilled in using WHS systems (e.g., Simpel, SharePoint) for reporting and compliance.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and committed to continuous improvement.
