Job Description

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our implementation team as an Onboarding Specialist.

In this role, you'll work closely with clients to ensure a seamless onboarding experience, guiding them through the successful implementation of our Xplor Recreation Solution.

Key responsibilities include overseeing CRM solution implementations, managing project schedules and timelines, establishing relationships with stakeholders, collaborating with the implementation team, and providing technical guidance to customers.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional oral and written communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and the capacity to prioritize and multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.
