About the Opportunity

We're looking for an Onboarding Specialist in Melbourne who will help new customers set up our platform and provide them with training and support throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage post-sales processes using strong product knowledge and project management skills
  • Act as a trusted advisor for customers by guiding them through the implementation and adoption of our full suite of products
  • Collaborate with sales teams during customer onboarding
  • Ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to support once services are live
  • Work with data teams to migrate data from other systems during initial onboarding
  • Project manage customer schedules and onboarding timelines according to launch plans
  • Provide technical guidance to help customers use our system successfully
  • Offer customer training and maintain training documentation
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an onboarding or implementation role, preferably in a similar SaaS business
  • Experience using CRM software to manage onboarding processes, ideally Salesforce
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with confident phone manner and active listening skills
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas simply
  • Empathetic, emotionally intelligent, and driven to deliver outstanding customer experiences
