About the Role:

This exciting opportunity will be based at a 4,400-acre facility with approximately 687,000 square feet of mission and support space.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resources are available and timelines are feasible.
  • Budgeting and cost management to keep the project within financial constraints.
  • Contract administration including negotiation and oversight of contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Quality control checks to deliver projects that meet all agreed specifications.
  • Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team and resolve conflicts.
  • Ensuring all legal, safety, and environmental regulations are strictly observed.
  • Reporting regularly on the project status to executives and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A US or Australian citizen
  • A US TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
  • A minimum of five years of experience as a project manager.
  • Project management skills such as time management, project budgeting, resource management, and project scheduling.
  • Preferred Qualifications – Bachelor's degree in Project management, Construction Management, or related area.

Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
