Job Title: Hospitality Ambassador

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Host to join our team in a full-time salaried position. As a Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in guest services within a restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Previous experience with a reservation system is an advantage
  • A La Carte restaurant experience is an advantage
  • A valid RSA certificate and a positive attitude towards learning
  • Experience in POS ordering systems and cash handling
